What would the girl with the dragon tattoo earn?
If you have been on a bus, practice or seaside in modern times, you have probably seen individuals engaged with a shiny natural novel clutched in their palms. Stieg Larsson’s smash hit guides “The Young lady With the Monster Skin image,” “The Young lady Who Performed with Fire” and “The Young lady Who Quit the Hornet’s Nest” already had a huge following in his natural Sweden when they were converted into Language. But once they hit South National seashore, even more viewers became enthusiastic about the black secrets that Lisbeth Salander (the novel’s namesake) discovers herself stuck in and the happening took on a whole other day-to-day life.
Although Remedial filmmakers created three extremely famous videos based on the sequence, Artist desired to have its own photo at the tale of Lisbeth Salander. This winter weather the National film version of the business starts with “The Young lady With the Monster Skin image,” and a new set of followers is sure to go by. (Though, after promoting 31 thousand duplicates of the guides, you have to wonder who has not study it yet.)
We thought, if the guides can go from Remedial to Language, and film companies can recast the tale with National (and some non-American) characters, we can think about what these individuals function life would be like in the U.S. So we’ve put together a list of the individuals, what their job brands are, and how much they would create if the experiences were set on this side of the lake.
Spoiler warning: Although we do not give away any significant plan details of the trilogy, there are some parts of details from all three guides below, so do not study on for anyone frightened of getting ruined.
Mikael Blomkvist

Salary: $65,960
The job in the book: In “The Young lady with the Monster Skin image,” Mikael Blomkvist is used to research and create about the Vanger family, because he accumulated prestige as a daring writer and creator of a headline-grabbing exposé. It’s a suspense novel, so he gets drawn into a web of deception and gunshots.
The job in actual life: In actual day-to-day life, few correspondents obtain the kind of reputation that Blomkvist does. In fact, unless you get found plagiarizing for a big-name journal or you are Woodward and Bernstein, you invest a lot of your energy and effort searching for and finding without ever making news. But we did not have much to study without their effort.
Lisbeth Salander
Job title: Information protection analyst
Salary: $75,660
Job in the book: Lisbeth Salander works free-lance monitoring, but much of what she does drops under the type of coughing into pcs. She is able of signing into a person's computer even if it’s behind the most effective plan.
Job in actual life: Many businesses implement details protection experts and risk professionals to review how prone their it is. Analysts invest their days guaranteeing a changeable details is protected and not able of being used by unwanted customers. In actual day-to-day life, few details protection experts have a sequence of guides published about them.
Annika Gianinni

Job in the book: Annika Gianinni was once a lawyer with a concentrate on ladies cases, and she gradually presents a high-profile homicide situation. She does not have much practical knowledge of the way of homicide tests, but in Stieg Larsson’s world, that odds.
Job in actual life: Of course the greatest, most debatable homicide tests include legal professionals, but usually you need to be able and have specialised, appropriate practical knowledge.
Erika Berger
Job title: Editor-in-chief
Salary: $49,280
Job in the book: As editor-in-chief, Erika Berger has the specialist to decide what does and does not run in her journal and what the develop of the magazine should be. Her job is far less exciting than the relax of the assisting individuals, but it’s not that off from the real-life part.
Job in actual life: The job itself is certainly not that different from the novel’s, except she stays a little too time having lunchtime and using tobacco at cafés for someone that is trying to create a contract.
Dragan Armansky
Job title: Security expert

Job in the book: Dragan Armansky not only has a awesome name, but he also knows some very exciting individuals. He maintained to find Lisbeth Salander and identify how amazing her undercover expertise are and not care that she seems to function at her own speed and do as she is very pleasing to.
Job in actual life: A protection professional can have a job as exciting and risky as Armansky’s, but he’s also extremely cautious about who he employees and their qualifications. His lax strategy to testing his free-lance workers’ experience did not please most protection customers in actual day-to-day life.
Jan Bublanski
Job title: Police officers officer
Salary: $55,620
Job in the book: In the novel, Bublanski is given the job of monitoring down Salander and also having on a special research that could put him in jeopardy—both actually and properly. By the end of the tale, he’s taken more dangers in a few months than most information experienced with in a profession.
Job in actual life: Police officers authorities have risky work as it is, and they deal with bureaucratic red record consistently. The extra part of fringe movement and risk that entangles Bublanksi could possibly happen, but authorities have enough to fear about on a frequent period. The challenging, high-profile fringe movement that law administration promotions with in the guides is not difficult, but it’s hardly the situation for most authorities.
