You're No. 1! 3 Ways To Rock Your Job At The Top


It 'was promoted? It 'great! The hard work really paid this time. You are in a position that love is a great company and you are recognized in your work. Nothing could be better.

Once you're there, what is there to do? How can you be the best employee in this position?

It's not as difficult as it seems. There are many opportunities for people like you to cut your work on top after a big promotion.

Check out these three things you can try:

1. Go ahead.

Such as the Energizer Bunny, keep doing what they do best! You, of course, are doing the right thing, if you have been promoted or recognized for your achievements, so be it. Sometimes you go up and do not know why. If so, just ask. Inform the supervisor's performance and discuss their likes / dislikes.

2. Offer ideas.

Now that you have a higher position, and hear your voice more clearly and more people in general, so use it! Ideas with colleagues and offer them to your supervisor. This tells them that you enjoy your new office to deal with it your peers, and subordinates by examining opportunities to improve, and you want to see the company succeed.

Remember to give credit where credit is due. Self-promotion is important in your career, but never at the expense of another. Do you think this irrefutable truth - while self-promotion may you advance in your job to find the rock stars on your team and encourage them to you later in life.

Third Remember where you started.

You started as an intern or network your way to a good job, remember how difficult it is to be at the base of the totem. Reach out to new recruits and trainees by offering to answer all your questions. You'd be surprised how much it will help.

Also, consider becoming a mentor, or by defining a new employee. If the company has its own internship program, or there is an active group in your area, help them find the resources to teach them the ropes and get them up and running faster. Experience and interaction with other people who are professionals scars is incredibly useful for your new staff.
